One of our all time favourite traditions is Cafe Mama Mia on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day for me is not just a romantic day of love, but a day of love…period. Instead of getting a babysitter and going out to dinner as a couple, I started the tradition many years ago to have a nice restaurant style meal at home and we call it Cafe Mama Mia. And the kids absolutely love it! Each year I choose a different theme. This year I did an Asian theme since there is a lot of Asian food in New Zealand. I set the table nicely, type up a menu, and serve them. Even though we're living in another country, we want to continue with our traditions and this one was another for the books!
